Project Manager - Portland, Oregon

53 year old international design/build firm seeks focused Project Manager to deliver 2-4 projects per year ranging from $4-$20 million.

Requirements:
BS Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. Primavera Expedition project delivery and SureTrak scheduling software a plus. Estimating and quantity take-off for poured in place concrete structures.

Subcontract tenders and contract management. Manage field superintendents to self perform concrete, marble/granite, and other building finishes.

Job Site Supervisor

Milne Construction Co., as an international builder of quality memorial structures, seeks supervisors for upcoming projects. Milne supervisors oversee a complete project from concrete construction to granite and marble installation.

Requirements:

• Five years experience in supervisory role on commercial construction projects
• Leadership quality and good communication skills
• Concrete formwork knowledge a must
• Hands-on / field experience beneficial
• Capable and willing to travel to projects throughout the United States, Canada, and possibly Australia
